Create AI short stories
Structure arcs, keep loras consistent, and deliver binge-worthy episodes.
Outline your mini-episode
Short stories still need a beginning, middle, and end. Jot down the hook, conflict, and resolution. Decide on runtime—90 seconds, 3 minutes, or episodic micro-chapters—and note the emotion each beat should convey.
Build consistent loras
- Generate lora design sheets with Flux or SeeDream.
- Document wardrobe, personality traits, and catchphrases in your story bible or shared document.
- Reuse the same descriptors in every video prompt to maintain continuity.
Assemble the episode
- Generate scene-by-scene clips using the model that matches the tone: Kling for realism, Hailuo for painterly animation, SeeDance for choreography.
- Record narration or dialogue in ElevenLabs, assigning different voices to each lora.
- Layer the clips, audio, and transitions in the timeline. Use markers to align story beats with audio cues.
- Add sound design—foley, ambience, music—to heighten emotion.
Keep pacing tight
| Scene type | Ideal duration | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Opening hook | 5–8 seconds | Start mid-action to grab attention |
| Conflict | 20–40 seconds | Increase camera motion or sound design to build tension |
| Resolution | 10–15 seconds | Slow the pace and add a clear CTA |
